I really enjoy Jo Merchant’s blog over at Decoding The Heavens. Always great stuff. Here’s a cool article on the number of inhabitable earth-like planets that some scientists now believe exist.  It’s a nice update or addition to the Drake Equation which has been a guide post various scientists have used to try and measure the likely-hood of other intelligent species. NASA recently launched the Kepler mission in search of habitable Earth-like planets.It’s exciting, check it out!
